TCW-36T Plastic Industrial Water Chillers

TCW series water chiller has two types: tube-in-shell type and spiral type (straight tube array). This series can be afforded cooling range from 5~35ºC, even lower to 3ºC (temperature controlled accuracy at ± 1ºC). It adopts tube-in-shell condensers with features of rapid heat transmission and excellent heat dispersion. The compressors' power ranges from 5HP ~ 36HP and cooling capacities from 12900 ~ 92880 kcal /hr. The chiller can accurately control the mold temperature to shorten the molding cycle, accelerate the product shape, so that the product neither deformation and shrinkage but also can improve the surface perfection, enhance the perspective rate, improve the quality of product.

1. To employ high precision temperature controller which can accurately control water temperature 5~35ºC ,precision up to ±1ºC.
2. To adopt imported superb compressor and water pump, stable performance, power saving, durable service life and low noise.
3. 304 stainless steel insulated water tank with durable service life, easy to clean and maintenance.
4. Complete safety devices including power reverse phase& power short phase and anti-freeze protection.
5. To adopt High efficiency tube-in-shell evaporator and seamless spiral copper tube, long service life, ensure good water quality.
6. To adopt High efficiency tube-in-shell condenser, fast heat-dispersion, greatly improve cooling speed result in excellent heat-exchange effect.
7. Standard equipped with RS485 communication interface that can realize automatic centralized monitoring.
8. Chillers for anti-alkaline& anti-acid type can be customized.
9. The temperature of the ultra-low temperature chiller can reach below -15ºC (option)
