Product IntroductionZirconia Beads, Partially Stabilized with Yttria, SinteredZirconia balls, also known as zirconia grinding balls, zirconia ceramic balls, zirconia beads, ultrafine grinding media, zirconia microspheres, and zirconia abrasive balls, have a pearly luster and a smooth working surface, and are widely used in grinding media. Zirconia ceramic grinding beads/ball is used as high class grinding media. Thanks to the extremely low wear loss, the zirconia based ceramic beads/ball is contamination free grinding media. Its widely used in various industries like medicine, food, cosmetics, paints, textiles,Structural Ceramics, Electronics Ceramics, Magnetic material, Metallurgy, printing and dyeing, pigment etc.Features It possesses high strength and toughness, high density, good wear resistance, high temperature and corrosion resistance, high rigidity, non-magnetic properties, electrical insulation, and a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of steel at room temperature. Advantages: The strength and hardness of the zirconia ceramic balls remain the same at 600℃.

3. Impact resistant and low wear: TZP zirconia ceramic microspheres have good toughness and do not crack or peel in high-speed, high-concentration machines. Their wear is only 1/2 that of zirconium silicate beads.
