Today's sophisticated fish farming procedures demand a more manageable, controlled environment that can be achieved by an unpredictable mud-bottom pond. As fish hatcheries respond to the increased demand for edible fish, synthetic geomembrane liners are being used for ponds to provide better control, increased production and decreased maintenance. With the pond bottom not covered with soil, the pond operator can control the chemical and biological condition of the pond, and thus reduce chances of disease and other imbalance in the aquaculture environment.
Fish and prawn farmers often choose to line their ponds by HDPE liner because their soil is porous and water is a commodity. Disease control/hygiene can also be easier with lined ponds and bank erosion and turbidity can be controlled more easily meaning cleaner water.

Farm pond liners, also called aquaculture pond liners, are the widely used geomembrane HDPE liner to control water quality which can affect the fish or shrimp health. Our Farm pond liners are made from high grade polyethylene raw material, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging and UV-resistance component. our farm pond liners are produced by the first class automatic production equipment and three-layer pressing technology. All our Farm pond liners are in accordance with GRI and ASTM test standard.

HDPE dam liners are heavy duty liners used all around the world, for most industrial applications. Due to its high puncture resistance and high tensile strength, HDPE is common place where long service life and high durability is required and concerned. HDPE can be supplied in thickness of 1, 1.5, 2, and 2.5mm variations. These types of liners cannot be pre-fabricated in-house due to their rigidity, and must be installed on site by a professional team. Although being very rigid, suppliers and businesses these days can fabricate HDPE to fit any dam or application.

We can offer geo- membrane/ pond lining in fabric form on rolls in width of up to 300 cm. depending on geographical locations; we can also undertake lying of pond lining/ geo- membrane. Lying is joining panels of fabric to get desired dimension needed to cover the pond bed.

For HDPE liner shipment, in order to avoiding water when shipping on the boat, we specially use a thin layer plastic firm to package the geomembane in the side, then white or black woven bags for outside, paper tube inside, easy to load and download.

Paste our label or as per client request, loading them into container safely at our factory, make all goods arriving clients no damage, keep perfect. They are packed in the woven bags 50m/roll,100m/roll or follow your demand

Shipping: load container directly from our plant by truck, then go to the port, than go your site by sea.

A: 100% plant, not trading company, we are in Jinan city of Shandong Province in China.

2. Q: What's about your production capacity?

A: We produce 5 x 40ft container per day for HDPE geomembrane.

3. Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Within 7-14 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.

4. Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?

A: The MOQ is 5000m2, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 20GP,as by our exporting experience, 20GP container sea freight is more economic.
