Product Description

It is mainly used for stacking high-frequency vibrating fine screens. The width of the sieve surface is 0.08, 0.12, 0.15, 0.18, 0.2mm, etc., and the length is 2.56mm. The overall dimensions are 1045x700/1245x700 and so on.

Features: long life, high screening efficiency, no hole blocking, uniform particle size under the screen, oil resistance, water resistance, light weight, easy installation and other characteristics.
Polyurethane fine sieve structure:
The screen is formed by a rectangular frame of the supporting rib A, and the supporting rib B is transversely arranged in the rectangular frame. The supporting rib A and the supporting rib B are connected by criss-cross stiffeners. Polyurethane yarn is arranged in the rectangular frame crisscrossed by stiffeners, and the thickness of polyurethane yarn is 0.1-2mm. There is a gap between every two polyurethane filaments, and the gap is generally 0.1-3mm. Support ribs and stiffeners are coated with nylon rope or fiberglass at a time to increase strength and toughness.

Company Profile
Our Advantages
Compared with metal screen and rubber screen, the advantages of polyurethane screen:
1. Polyurethane screen has high wear resistance, and its service life is 3-5 times that of metal screen and more than 5 times that of rubber screen. Can reduce maintenance volume and production loss.
2. Polyurethane screen is resistant to oil, water and corrosion. It can be applied to all kinds of mining conditions.
3. The friction coefficient of polyurethane screen and material is low, the screen is designed for conical hole, no adhesion, no blocking material, high screening efficiency.
4. Polyurethane screen has high elasticity, can produce secondary vibration, improve screening efficiency.
5. Polyurethane screen has good vibration absorption and low noise. Can reduce the noise interference of the working environment to the workers.
6. Polyurethane screen light weight, can reduce the screen machine screen machine load, prolong the life of the screen machine.
