Giới thiệu sản phẩm8005 8005 is a two-part 10:1 MMA acrylic structural adhesive, light blue after mixing, initial cure within 5.6 minutes at 25℃ with shear strength up to 20MPa. It is specially developed for structural bonding of mobile phones, laptops, tablets and other 3C consumer electronics housings. 
This primer-free adhesive bonds dissimilar substrates including metal, PC, ABS, zinc alloy and stainless steel directly. Toughened formula delivers outstanding impact, drop and vibration resistance. Fully cured glue passes thermal shock, temperature cycling and humidity aging reliability tests, perfectly suitable for mass automatic assembly lines. Operation Instructions1.Substrate Treatment: Remove oil, dust and release agent, keep bonding surface dry and clean;
2.Dispensing: Use matched 10:1 cartridge gun and static mixer to get evenly mixed light blue adhesive;
3.Lamination & Initial Tack: Fit and press parts right after coating, initial strength formed in 5.6 mins at 25℃ for handling;
4.Full Curing: Reach maximum 20MPa shear strength and complete weather resistance after 24 hours room temperature curing;
